Notification of changes to the underlying funds of Quilter Investors funds

(Together the “Affected ILP sub-funds”)
We have been notified by the directors and the manager of Quilter Investors (the “Company”) of upcoming changes to Quilter Investors ICAV (the “Underlying ICAV”) which is the underlying fund umbrella of the underlying funds of the Affected ILP sub-funds. These changes are expected to take effect from 2 April 2024 (the “Effective Date”).
Delegation of investment management and distribution functions of the Underlying ICAV
Following a recommendation from the investment manager of the Underlying ICAV, the Company intends to delegate the investment management and distribution functions of the Underlying ICAV to Quilter Cheviot Europe Limited (“QCEL”) a member of the Quilter plc group of companies. QCEL will therefore be taking on the role of the sub-investment manager and sub-distributor of the underlying funds of the Affected ILP sub-funds from the Effective Date.
The Company consider that these changes will be beneficial to investors in the Underlying ICAV over the longer term.
Change of name for the Affected ILP sub-funds
In order to provide a better description of the underlying fund investment strategy, and to align with the name of the sub-investment manager and sub-distributor, the Company is also amending the name of the underlying funds of the Affected ILP sub-funds.
The Company has advised that there will be no change to the investment objectives, policies or risk tolerances as a result of the change of names or of the delegation of the investment management and distribution functions to QCEL.
Accordingly, on the Effective Date we will be updating the names of our Affected ILP sub-funds as follows:
